Andrew Gale and his brother Stuart are 4th Generation farmers and butchers who specialise in home-made pies and pasties, specialty Award winning sausages, home cured bacon and cooked meats.
All meat is locally sourced within a 10 mile radius with the beef and lamb hung on the bone for min 21 days to develop tasty, tender meat with full flavour. We also specialise in local game supplied by Badminton Estate and Deerstalkers we have developed relationships with over the years. We are also proud to supply quality meat to local restaurants and pubs and being an old fashioned friendly butchers, we can offer any cut of meat and advise on which cut is best to suit your need and how to cook it. Providing quality products and good service is our number one priority.
Their newest venture is Gales of Westbury Park, bringing quality butchery and provisions to Clifton, Westbury Park, Redland and Henleaze.
