Andrew Gale and his brother Stuart  are 4th Generation farmers and butchers, who specialise in home-made pies and pasties, specialty sausages, home cured bacon and cooked meats. All the meat is locally soured from their family farm in Gloucester and other surrounding local farms. The beef and lamb is hung on the bone for min 21 days to develop tasty, tender meat with full flavour. They also specialise in local game supplied by Badminton Estate and the local shoots. They are proud to supply quality meat to local restaurants. They are an old fashioned friendly butchers and we can offer any cut of meat – for the Gales brothers, providing quality products and good service is their number one priority.

Their newest venture is Gales of Westbury Park, bringing quality butchery and provisions to Clifton, Westbury Park, Redland and Henleaze.
