Our meat is locally soured from our family farm in Gloucester and other surrounding local farms. All our beef / lamb is hung on the bone for min 21 days to develop tasty, tender meat with full flavour. We also specialise in local game supplied by Badminton Estate and the local shoots. All the chickens are free range or freedom foods.
Andy manages the new Westbury Park Butchers whilst Stuart looks after Gales Farm Meats in Filton. Both also attend local Farmers’ Markets and supply The Anchor Inn, Oldbury-on-Severn, Casamia Restaurant, Westbury Village and Ronnies Restaurant in Thornbury to name just a few.
We are an old fashioned friendly butchers and we can offer any cut of meat – for us, providing quality products and good service are our number one priority.
