Game is provided by the local shoot on Badminton Estate. Our Free Range & Local Game include Pheasant, Partridge, Pigeon, Rabbit & Hare, Duck & Grouse from the Yorkshire moors.

Wild Venison is supplied by a local stalker and friend  Simon Fry and shot on farms in the Chew Valley, Leigh Woods, Tickenham and       Tytherington.  Pigeons and Ducks  are  shot by local character Joe Brake from Nailsea.  When time allows, Andrew Gale can be seen looking bewildered trying to shoot some Pheasants and Pigeons so be warned!

Our Chickens are provided by Castlemead Poultry in Radstock, they are Free Range and fed on a home milled cereal diet plus a few slugs, snails, worms and lots of grass!!  Available as whole birds or various cuts to your taste.
